We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced NPD professional looking for a leadership position within our NPD Team based out of our Arndell Park site. This is a very exciting time for the business as we continue to expand our offering and build upon our relationships with major supermarkets. Key tasks of this role include: Provide guidance,support and direction to a team of Development Technologists Project manage and allocate resources across NPD/EPD launches for the business Oversee and lead the development process from concept to launch Lead meetings with key stakeholders to track projects and ensure timelines are met Drive continuous improvement within NPD team, processes and procedures Ensure you and the team effectively utilise Product development systems Review and approve relevant documentation for sample submissions to customers Actively participate in presentations to customers About Us Established in 1969, BE Campbell has grown to be one of Australia's largest family-owned meat operation, supplying supermarkets, restaurants, retail butchers, small-goods producers, and export channels. About you We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced NPD professional with strong technical knowledge and the ability to provide proactive and high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders. This position would suit a passionate foodie with a strong understanding of emerging food and flavour trends in FMCG.
