This is a rare opportunity to oversee a world-class commercial property , ensuring its seamless operation, efficiency, and exceptional service standards. The role is ideal for someone who is almost at the operations manager level and who has strong HVAC expertise , stakeholder management skills, and a solutions-driven mindset. Responsibilities: Oversee all building operational services, including fire, HVAC, lifts, hydraulics, electrical, security, and general maintenance . Ensure A-grade asset presentation , compliance, and safety standards are maintained. Manage service contracts, ensuring efficient contractor performance and cost-effective service delivery. Attend NABERS Building Management Committee meetings and implement sustainability and ESD initiatives . Assist in budget preparation (OPEX & CAPEX) and financial reporting. Use the Building Management System (BMS) to monitor asset performance. Act as the primary point of contact for tenants , resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction. Requirements: 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably in premium-grade office buildings. Strong technical background in HVAC, building services, and BMS operation . Experience in contractor and budget management . Knowledge of ESD, NABERS ratings, and energy-saving initiatives . Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
