The Organisation Our client, one of Australia’s largest property fund managers is seeking an experienced property lawyer to join the in-house legal team, in the Melbourne CBD office. The Role The role reports to the General Manager of Legal and is responsible for overseeing the lease administration function for a diverse portfolio of properties. This function involves managing lease agreements, ensuring compliance with retail legislation, optimising lease terms, and providing strategic insights to support the organisation's real estate objectives. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in retail lease administration and the legal aspects of real estate transactions. The role has responsibility for two direct reports. About you This role would suit : a proactive lawyer with property lease administration experience a minimum of 8 years’ PQE from a well-regarded law firm or similar in-house environment.
