Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating and managing personal and corporate insolvency matters Providing specialist advice to clients and internal teams Leading and briefing staff, allocating tasks, and overseeing performance Applying deep knowledge of case law and statutory requirements Monitoring and meeting statutory deadlines Overseeing asset realisation processes Conducting interviews with directors and bankrupt individuals Liaising with financiers, legal professionals, agents, and auctioneers Sharing insights on market trends and best practices Reviewing and mentoring junior team members Designing and analysing financial models and investigative reports Resolving complex accounting and financial issues About you: What You’ll Bring: We’re looking for a confident leader with a strong technical foundation and a passion for delivering results.
