ConsultANZ is looking for a seasoned Piling Project Manager to join a major infrastructure project in Melbourne. This role suits a driven professional with 8 years' hands-on experience across CFA, Bored, Driven, and Diaphragm Walls, and a strong background in delivering complex foundation works on large-scale civil projects. About You In-depth experience in piling operations with a command of diverse foundation systems. Demonstrated capability in advanced ground engineering and piling methodologies. Proficient in preparing and managing technical documentation and site reporting. Natural leader who thrives in collaborative environments and delivers under pressure. Highly organized with excellent time management and planning skills. Key Responsibilities Partner with engineers, supervisors, and site teams to ensure accurate execution of designs. Guarantee all site activities meet quality benchmarks and design specifications. Oversee temporary works and champion safety compliance across the site. Develop short-term programs and coordinate critical path activities. Prepare method statements and conduct risk assessments. Track scope changes and manage variations for monthly progress claims. Maintain a detailed daily site diary to log key activities and milestones. Organize and secure all project records and reports. What You’ll Need 8 years’ post-graduate experience in civil engineering. Civil engineering qualification or equivalent. Previous work experience in the Australian or New Zealand civil sector. Strong foundation in self-delivered piling and ground engineering. Solid grasp of civil construction processes and best practices.
