Their repeat clientele are predominantly Tier 1, civil contractors, developers, and local councils, with typical projects ranging from $500k - $10m, including large road, car parks, sports infrastructure and open space parks and playgrounds. The Role Read and interpret plans Subcontractor management WHS implementation Organising deliveries Quality control Delegate duties to crew Liaise with clients Collaborate with a Project Manager Cost tracking and forecasting The Requirements 3-5 years as a Leading Hand / Foreman / Supervisor / Site Manager Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture Certificate III in Civil Construction Experience on commercial or civil landscaping projects Drivers license Open to Relocating?
