What’s On Offer Secure full-time opportunity with a long-term client base Family-owned company with a supportive, low-ego culture Ability to lead your own projects – not just support Access to experienced Directors who want to mentor and invest in you Adelaide-based role – no travel or remote site rosters The Role Take ownership of civil projects from initial tender to final handover Prepare accurate estimates across a mix of civil disciplines Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients Track budgets, variations, and project costs throughout delivery Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance standards are met Work closely with the site team to ensure smooth, on-time outcomes The Criteria Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar disciplines Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management or estimating Ability to communicate confidently and lead a team to success Demonstrated ability to read and interpret plans and technical documents Strong understanding of civil contracts and financial reporting Please call Tara Stokes @ GOUGH on 0419 280 999 or apply now.
