About the Role You’ll be responsible for preparing and blending batches to GMP standards, using clean, well-maintained equipment and accurate documentation. Your work will directly impact product quality and customer satisfaction, so attention to detail is key. What You’ll Be Doing Measuring, preparing and processing batches following GMP protocols Selecting, cleaning and sanitising equipment for each job Checking materials are correct, within expiry, and in good condition Keeping your workspace clean, safe and organised Noting any formulation or material discrepancies Completing documentation accurately and on time Supporting daily production planning and scheduling Performing routine equipment and material checks Helping with production prep and clean-down What We’re Looking For A self-starter who plans ahead and stays proactive Team player with strong communication skills Focused, reliable and consistent in your work Honest, respectful and safety-minded Comfortable working under quality systems (GMP or ISO) What You’ll Need At least 1 year of experience in a compounder/blending role Prior exposure to GMP or ISO-regulated environments Industry experience is a strong advantage SCR-mathew-jannenga
