About the Company This household consumer products business is going through a significant change in route to market, delivery and elevation due to recent acquisition. About the Role The National Account Manager is responsible for managing key customer relationships, promotional activities, account planning, and category analysis. This role works closely with internal teams to drive growth by leveraging shopper insights and developing joint business plans with customers. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams; Evaluate and recommend strategies to improve sales and profitability; Collaborate with marketing and category teams to develop strategic plans; Oversee the category review process and ensure product visibility and availability; Manage the trade spend budget for the portfolio to optimise sales; Plan and execute annual promotions and activations; Ensure the field team is well-informed to support national activities; Provide accurate stock forecasts to maintain a stable supply; and Handle administrative tasks and address any account-related issues. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field; Proven experience in account management and relationship building; Strong understanding of category management and shopper behaviour; Excellent presentation, negotiation, and selling skills; Proficiency in sales analytics, using tools such as Aztec and Tableau; and Strong written and verbal communication skills.
