Skills And Experiences General Experience Experience using CRM systems to manage customers & clients Excellent written & verbal communications skills Passion for Property Permanant Residency or Australian Citizenship Sales Certificate IV in real estate or agent's representative certificate (beneficial but not essential for Associate sales roles) Driver's License Door to door sales experience Experience working with development sites Analysts Degree or qualification in property, or similar Proficient with MS Office365 platform (particularly Excel) Highly organised Experience in analysing precinct structure plans Creating insights using relevant data points
