The Role An opportunity is available to be a valued member of my support team, where you’ll help me navigate my daily life and grow my independence. You’ll be providing 1-on-1 support, ensuring that I am empowered to thrive in my everyday activities. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting me with Assisted Daily Living Tasks Providing personal care prompts Helping me get to work, sports events, and training sessions Encouraging me to achieve my personal goals Assisting with life skill development through structured plans and programs Engaging in person-centred active support Maintaining accurate records for best practice care Shifts Available I’m looking for a dedicated support worker to assist me on a Part-Time basis. Week 1 Wednesday 1600-2000, Monday 1600-2200 (2200-0600 Passive) Tuesday 1600-2200 (2200-0600 Passive) Week 2 Wednesday 1600-2000, Saturday 1100-1800, Sunday 1200-1800, Monday 1600-2200 (2200-0600 Passive) Tuesday 1600-2200 (2200-0600 Passive) What You’ll Need: To be the perfect fit, you'll need: NDIS Worker Screening or DHS Disability-Related Check Working with Children Clearance Current Driver’s Licence Current First Aid & CPR Certification Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or a related qualification About You I’m looking for someone who is reliable, patient, and calm—a supportive individual who is committed to working closely with my team to create the best opportunities for me.
