Our client is looking for a Store Manager to join a growing hair and beauty company, based in the Northern Beaches. They are a wholesale for all brands in the hair and beauty industry with a diverse range of products. With 20 years of experience and over 130 major and upcoming brands, their range is constantly updated. Dedicated to offering personal and reliable services as well as quality products. Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Key responsibilities include In store sales, assisting with customers in person and by phone. Monitor stock levels of all products and ordering when required. Experience with Stock takes/cycle counts. Picking and packing of customer orders, including invoicing and branch transfers. Assisting with and controlling online orders. Housekeeping and maintenance of the store. General administration. Opening and closing of the store including banking Planning growth of the store in consultation with management. Managing a small team together with on road rep To be successful you must: Be a highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills. Have the ability to effectively operate a small warehouse Be highly organised and demonstrate excellent time management skills. Have experience in sales, with an understanding or history with stock control. Be motivated and have a great eye for detail. You will need to be confident and outgoing and comfortable to work as part of a small team. Hairdressing background is preferable as we mainly focus on hair products but not essential Have previous management experience Full training will be provided on systems/procedures and core brands Please note this is a permanent, full-time position therefore we are not able to accept anyone without citizenship or permanent residency.
