As a Practice Manager at Northern Beaches Endodontics located in Dee Why, NSW, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and smooth operation of the practice. This permanent full-time position (Part Time considered) offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to lead and manage our team. Here's what your role will look like: Being responsible for the amazing end to end patient experience and engagement Leading, mentoring and supporting the practice team, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture Being a key leader in the business development for the practice - building relationships with general dentists and managing the referral program Overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the dental practice Managing practice costs, patient scheduling, billing, and collections to ensure seamless financial operations Coordinating with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and exceptional customer service Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and protocols required in the industry Implementing marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones Monitoring inventory levels and liaising with suppliers to maintain adequate stock of office supplies What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership experience in a dental practice environment where you are confident to train and engage the team Capability and willingness to engage with the referral network Experience managing patient rebooking rate, Google reviews, practice revenue, cost management and team retention Energetic and hands-on approach, with the willingness to be hands on at reception daily Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills Solid understanding of dental regulations, compliance, and infection control - ideally in a specialist practice Confidence using dental software and patient management systems An enthusiastic leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast paced and growing practice A working style that is calm under pressure and professional at all times Attention to detail A positive team player who supports and motivates others Adaptable and open to continuous improvement and change Why Join Us?
