Job Description We’re expanding our Bay side team and seeking Core Level Behaviour Support Practitioners (as confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission) who are passionate about improving the lives of people with disability. Your Impact As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will: Assist NDIS participants and their support networks through assessments and person-centred planning Develop and implement evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support plans Champion participants’ goals, strengths and passions Advocate for the elimination of restrictive practices Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Build capacity in families, carers and community supports What’s On Offer?
