About The Role Managing all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving stock to dispatching eCommerce and wholesale orders Leading and mentoring a small team, setting clear priorities and building a strong culture Driving inventory accuracy, timely fulfilment, and process improvement Ensuring order presentation and customer experience reflect the brand’s premium aesthetic Using systems such as Cin7 WMS to maintain clean data and control Collaborating with internal teams to support growth and elevate warehouse standards About You Proven experience in warehouse or fulfilment management—fashion, textiles, or lifestyle sectors ideal Confident using inventory and dispatch systems (Cin7 WMS experience a bonus) A natural leader who can guide, motivate, and get hands-on when needed Exceptionally organised, with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence Passionate about beautiful product, brand presentation, and the little things that make a big difference Ready to make an impact—and enjoy coastal life while you do it Why Apply?
