Learn more > https://redinc.org.au/ REDinc are seeking a Site Manager for our Mullumbimby center to help ensure staff have the information, direction and guidance required to support participants to reach their potential goals and outcomes. This integral role will see you be the key manager and backbone to everything REDinc in the Mullumbimby community. You bring a positive outlook, a “Can do” attitude and an abundance of enthusiasm to the role. Helping to develop and expand programs and types of support offered by the Mullumbimby REDinc center. You love to establish and nurture connections within the community, promoting an inclusive, supportive and positive workplace culture for both participants and staff involved in our programs. The role is being offered as a Permanent Part Time basis on a (9) Nine day fortnight. The salary range commences from SCHADS and will be scaled depending on skills and experience. As a NFP organisation, you also have access to salary packaging of up to $15,900 per year. Who are we looking for? You have well developed leadership skills, problem solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across our business and community. Being organised, having efficient negotiation skills, empathy, and strong emotional intelligence will be key to your success in this role — helping you to navigate challenges, build trust, and create positive outcomes for clients and the team. To be successful in the role, you need: • A positive attitude towards people with disabilities and a working knowledge of the NDIS Disability Service Standard • Exceptional interpersonal skills, a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and develop rapport • Previous experience in a similar role managing and delivering supports and day programs for participants • A robust understanding of the NDIS and its impact on the lives of people with a disability • Demonstrated strong leadership skills (2-3 years) • Indepth performance management and employee relations experience • An ability to assess and respond to individual needs • "Next level" organisational and interpersonal skills • Ability to use Microsoft suite effectively and other tech programs • At a minimum, a Certificate III in Individual Support / Community Services • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement • Australian Work Rights Why work for us?
