We are looking for a proactive and dependable Bilingual Customer Admin VA who is fluent in Mandarin to support our team in delivering high-quality customer experiences. The ideal candidate will support daily customer interactions while also handling a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in both Mandarin and English. Handle complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Translate messages, documents, or client communications as needed. Guide Mandarin-speaking clients through onboarding, product inquiries, or service concerns. Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues or follow up on service requests. Administrative Support: Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and email coordination. Perform data entry, file organization, and records maintenance. Prepare basic reports, summaries, and documentation. Support procurement, order tracking, and logistics coordination when required. Help manage digital folders, cloud storage, and online systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Dropbox). Conduct internet research or compile data for reports and operational planning. Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service, client support, or virtual assistant role. Fluent in both Mandarin and English – written and verbal communication. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain professional and empathetic under pressure. Comfortable using CRM systems, help desk software, and collaboration tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack). Highly organized with good time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote working environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working remotely with international clients or teams. Familiarity with customer support in e-commerce, construction, or BPO industries is a plus. Understanding of Chinese business culture and customer service expectations.
