Oversee Operations Manage financial resources, staffing, and facility operations , ensuring sustainability and efficiency . Drive Continuous Improvement Implement best practices and ensure residents and families receive a high level of satisfaction and well-being . Who Were Looking For: To excel in this role, youll bring: AHPRA Registration and a bachelors degree in nursing, healthcare management, or a related field (preferred). 5 years of leadership/management experience within aged care or healthcare. Proven leadership skills , with the ability to motivate, inspire, and support teams in delivering exceptional care. Expertise in aged care legislation, standards, and funding models (e.g., ACFI/AN-ACC). Financial and budget management skills , with a focus on resource optimization and quality care delivery . Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities , capable of handling complex situations effectively. A work ethic defined by integrity, compassion, and a deep respect for residents, families, and staff . Proficiency in or willingness to learn the AN-ACC funding system . Experience in complex clinical services , preferably within aged care, hospitals, or community care. Desirable experience in geriatric medicine, palliative care, or rehabilitation . A valid drivers license, National Police Check, or NDIS Workers Screening Check . Current influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations .
