The Role Work within the Visiting Specialist Services Program in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team to provide high quality prevention and treatment Identify and prioritise clients’ needs by working collaboratively with other Health Programs, Community Health Workers and the broader Community Provide a culturally safe, competent and comprehensive care Develop and maintain a strong referral pathway Work with the broader team including external agencies Benefits Excellent Salary range - $128,559 - $140,884 gross per annum (depending on experience) Superannuation Annual salary increments of 3% Accommodation : Fully subsidised accommodation including utilities provided Relocation Assistance available Travel Allowance of $6,000 per year Retention Allowance of $10,000 per 12 months of service Salary Packaging : Ability to salary package up to $15,900 per annum, plus a further $2,650 per annum on Meals and Entertainment Annual Leave : 6 weeks annual leave 17.5% leave loading 2 weeks complimentary Christmas leave per annum Personal/Carer’s Leave : Up to 15 days per annum Programmed Day Off (PDO) : Employees who work 40 hours per week get paid for 38 hours and get one day PDO every 4 weeks.
