The Role As a Spotlight Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving store success through: Leading and inspiring a large-format store team with your strong leadership background Demonstrating exceptional business acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting Mentoring and developing future leaders while building a strong talent pipeline Managing high-volume stock flow with precision and efficiency Overseeing store presentation, visual merchandising, and promotional execution Driving store goals, vision, and targets with a results-focused mindset Leveraging product knowledge to enhance customer experience and service excellence What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a driven leader with: A strong retail management background – essential Experience handling high-volume stock (15 pallets per day) The ability to lead and motivate a large team of 30 A passion for coaching and developing talent to achieve and exceed goals Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and time management Excellent communication and proficiency in computer systems First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one at our expense) What You Need to Apply Full working rights in Australia Updated resume Availability to work across late-night trade and alternating weekends Ready to take your retail leadership career to the next level?
