Are you a skilled and dynamic Disabled Carer professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role? Eternal Disability Care is seeking 5 motivated Disabled Carers to join our team. Job Duties As a Disabled Carer, you will Supporting elderly and disabled individuals in their daily routines Helping clients move safely and comfortably Preparing meals according to clients' dietary needs Organising and facilitating social engagements Carrying out household chores like vacuuming and general cleaning Aiding with personal care, including grooming and dressing Offering companionship, emotional support, and friendly conversation Handling shopping and running errands as needed May reside with the client to provide continuous care Requirements Minimum Certificate II or III in disability, personal carer or relevant\ Minimum of one to two years of relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required Effective communicator to foster energy and commitment within the organization. Skilled at inspiring individuals and teams to achieve organizational goals, motivating them to excel and develop by providing feedback, coaching, training, and guidance for career growth Work Location Onsite
