We’re on the lookout for an experienced Hospital Chief Executive Officer to manage all hospital and clinical services and operations. In this key role, you’ll bring strong business acumen and leadership to guide a talented team of healthcare professionals, delivering outstanding health outcomes and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services. Your focus will be on driving growth, maximising occupancy, enhancing clinical outcomes, and expanding services in key areas. Some of the key responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities: Developing and rolling out strategic plans to grow services and boost occupancy rates. Managing finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and overseeing the full P&L. Ensuring clinical governance, accreditation standards, and all relevant legislation are met. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and external partners. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development across the hospital. Qualifications and Experience: Extensive experience in hospital management at an executive level. Strong knowledge of hospital administration, clinical governance, and accreditation processes. A proven record of accomplishment in strategic planning, financial management, and service development. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Postgraduate qualifications in business, finance, or health management are a plus.
