ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Piling Supervisor to join our client’s team in New South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a recognised leader in piling, shoring systems, and basement construction, delivering technically challenging foundation solutions across major earthworks projects. Key Duties: Lead daily piling operations, ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors, upholding strict safety and quality protocols. Work closely with engineers, site managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination. Monitor and maintain piling equipment to ensure peak performance and minimal downtime. Keep accurate site records, including daily logs and progress tracking. Offer hands-on leadership and technical support to resolve on-site challenges swiftly. What You Bring: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a supervisory or foreman role on civil infrastructure projects. Extensive practical knowledge of piling and deep foundation techniques. Proven expertise in a range of methods: CFA, Bored, Driven, Kelly piles, and Diaphragm walls. Strong understanding of compliance standards in safety, environment, and quality control. Collaborative mindset with the ability to liaise effectively with Project Managers and Engineers. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Why Join?
