We are a privately owned boutique builder developer producing Class 1 and Class 2 projects across Sydney and the North Shore. We specialise in custom homes, Duplex, Townhouse and apartment projects with a focus on luxury and high end finishes. About the Role Managing the overall performance of each project from commencement to finishes Liaising with trades, sub-contractors and clients on a daily basis Weekly construction meetings Interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings etc. Lead a team of site staff in delivering projects Ensure that project milestones are followed and met on time Undertake project quality assurance Manage defective work Ensure that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and to specification Ensuring trades are complying with Safety Management Systems and WH&S legislation's What You Need Qualification or Bachelors degree in Building and Construction Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Manager across custom projects Strong written and verbal communication Current drivers license Mandarin speaking would be highly favourable or beneficial in this role The Benefits Starting base salary up to $120,000 - $140,000 plus superannuation Projects primarily based in the North Shore Opportunity to work with an award winning, high quality builder Strong pipeline of work
