They are seeking to engage Asset Performance Officers to assist in the delivery of works and maintenance programs. About the role The Asset Performance Officers will undertake and report on field inspection activities/outcomes to scope and monitor the delivery of work and verify contractor compliance with maintenance contract requirements. Key Skills and Experience Have recent and demonstrated experience in residential capital maintenance and upgrade works. Oversee, manage, and guide Service Delivery offering operational support and direction regarding workload and priority assignments, while also managing performance and ongoing improvement. Possess proven building experience or exposure, along with experience in contract administration, including the preparation of quotations or estimates. Proficiency in managing compliance programs and asset management, as well as experience in staff management and performance measurement against established standards. Familiarity with contract requirements, standards, and policies, coupled with the ability to interpret and apply these effectively. Essential Requirements Sound building experience or exposure including to the Australian Building Codes, together with experience in field inspections, preparing quotations or estimates and measurement of performance against standards.
