We’re partnering with a well-established national manufacturing and distribution business to recruit a Purchasing Officer on a temporary to permanent basis, based at their head office in Greystanes . This is a full-time, onsite role with parking provided and the opportunity to join a stable and fast-paced procurement team. You’ll support the day-to-day purchasing function and play a key role in ensuring consistent stock levels, accurate supplier data, and smooth collaboration across departments. Key responsibilities: Raise and track purchase orders across multiple suppliers Follow up on deliveries, delays, and product availability Liaise with warehouse, customer service, and finance teams Investigate and resolve invoice or delivery discrepancies Maintain accurate supplier and product records within the ERP system (e.g. SAP) Support internal reporting and assist with supplier performance monitoring We’re looking for someone with previous experience in purchasing, inventory coordination, or supply chain support — ideally within a product-based environment. ERP system experience and strong attention to detail are essential.
