About the opportunity Working across the entire Home Care Team for our NSW/ACT and QLD Hub the Team Leader will be based at our Newcastle office working with our Community Transport, Home Care and Nursing Team. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Team Leader will ensure all requests for services are actioned in a timely and responsive manner and high levels of customer service are evident in all interactions with staff, clients, and key stakeholders. In addition, the Team Leader position will be responsible for ensuring that the regional team plan and delivery of care and services is in accordance with relevant funded program guidelines. Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop a team to deliver results Ability to effectively negotiate and resolve conflict Ability to support the financial objectives of the region and provide financial information and reports as required What you’ll bring You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
