The Executive Support Officer provides administrative and executive support to the Executive team of the National Mental Health Commission (the Commission). The Executive team comprises the Chief Executive Officer and the Deputy Chief Executive. Working closely with the Executive Assistant, the Executive Support Officer plays a key role in supporting the Commission's Executive team to meet their responsibilities, achieve organisational goals and ensure the efficient operation of the Commission. The key duties of the position include Responsibilities include: Providing administrative and executive support to the Commission's Executive team, including booking travel, handling correspondence, managing expenses, liaising with corporate support services (such as the ICT Service Desk) and supporting compliance with administrative policies and procedures. Working closely with the Executive Assistant to monitor and prioritise commitments and provide assistance with diary management. Providing secretariat support for internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and papers, coordinating meeting logistics and taking minutes. Handling mail, monitoring shared inboxes and responding to general enquiries. Working with the Office of the CEO team to maintain efficient and effective administrative systems, including records and information management processes. Providing general administrative and office management support to ensure the efficient operation of the Commission.
