As a Workforce Analyst, you will utilise your deep expertise in reporting, data analysis, and human resources to address workforce business needs. Leveraging your skills using a variety of tools, languages, and systems, you'll research, extract, analyse, and interpret data to drive data-driven decisions for the ATO's workforce. You will have experience in one or more areas including data management/governance, data curation/wrangling, human resource reporting, data visualisation, or analysis. Your exceptional data storytelling skills enable you to translate complex insights into compelling narratives that empower clients to make informed, strategic decisions. Additionally, you will be instrumental in strategically leading, and developing the capability of others, fostering an environment of collaboration and professional excellence.
