We are looking for qualified and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: Planning menus, estimating food and labor costs, and placing orders for food supplies Engaging in food preparation and cooking Measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients, sauces, and seasonings Checking the quality of food before serving them to guests Overseeing food preparation to maintain consistently high standards. Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality. Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers. Conducting inventory checks in the kitchen and placing supply orders as needed. Providing demonstrations of techniques and offering advice on cooking procedures. Monitoring and maintaining stock levels Communicating and enforcing hygiene standards.
