The Opportunity NAFDA Limited (NAFDA) is seeking an experienced Independent Non-Executive Director to join its board during a period of strategic transformation. You will contribute to shaping enterprise-wide IT strategy, strengthening governance frameworks, and supporting independent business operators across Australia. About You You are a commercially astute, governance-minded leader who brings: Deep financial literacy and the ability to critically assess financial and operational performance Executive-level experience in information technology , digital strategy, and enterprise transformation A track record of chairing or advising board-level IT or digital committees Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data platforms, and business systems Prior non-executive director experience and relevant governance qualifications (GAICD or GIA) Confidence operating within a member-based or franchise environment and engaging meaningfully with diverse stakeholders Industry knowledge of foodservice, wholesale distribution, or independently owned businesses will be highly regarded.
