We’re looking for a dedicated Early Intervention Speech Pathologist to champion our evidence-based early years pathway within the Pen Plus team. This role is ideal for someone who is ready for a leadership journey, guiding both the development of services and the growth of our team – while keeping the needs of children and families at the heart of everything you do. About the Role As the Early Intervention Speech Pathologist, you’ll support children (0–6 years) with developmental delays or disabilities through our structured early intervention pathway. You’ll work alongside families, empowering them with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to support their child’s development. You’ll also play a pivotal role in mentoring and supporting our broader team, ensuring a consistent and high-quality approach across our early intervention services. This includes contributing to service design, facilitating reflective practice, and supporting newer clinicians to grow their confidence and skills. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, family-centred early intervention Mentor and support allied health team members across disciplines Support and evolve our early intervention framework under the Pen Plus banner Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to provide wrap-around support Ensure practice remains evidence-informed, goal-focused, and inclusive About You You’re a Speech Pathologist who thrives on connection – with children, families, and your team.
