About the Role We are seeking two experienced and passionate Chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes including pizzas, pasta, and a variety of entrées to high standards. Develop, plan, and update menu items in line with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation in accordance with food safety standards. Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing food waste. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment at all times. Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and high standards. Monitor food costs and assist in budget control. Skills and Experience Required Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Chef in a busy commercial kitchen (Italian cuisine experience preferred). Formal culinary qualifications or equivalent work experience. Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards. Excellent time management, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about food, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
