Clinical Nurse – Mental Health (Emerald, QLD) Dates: 23 June 2025 – 20 July 2025 Hours: Monday to Friday | 76 hours per fortnight Shift Type: Day shifts only About the Role The Health Service is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse with a background in adult mental health and community-based care. This is a fantastic short-term contract opportunity within a supportive regional service. Key Skills & Experience Required: - Experience in mental health intake and community care - Proven ability to work with adult mental health clients - Current unrestricted driver's licence (mandatory) Compliance Requirements: - Updated CV - Two references: one from a line manager (within 6 months), one from a senior nurse (within 12 months) - Current AHPRA registration - Current Australian National Police Check (within 3 years) - Up-to-date immunisation records: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hep B, Pertussis (within 10 years) Mandatory training, including (but not limited to): - Basic Life Support - Code of Conduct & WHS - Cultural Safety - Medication Safety - Child Protection (SaFE) - Infection Control & Hand Hygiene - Cyber Security, Fire Training, Fraud Control - Domestic & Family Violence Awareness To Apply By clicking on 'Apply Now' you will register your interest to work.
