Duties: Coordinate reminders and follow-up communications to ensure compliance. Assist with management of tax and compliance requirements. Oversee creation and distribution of the practice newsletter. Manage content for social media and articles on the website. Lead project management for ongoing website upgrades. Handle data entry, bank reconciliations, payroll, super, and BAS. Generate financial reports, budgets, and cash flows for clients. Ensure client accountability through effective communication practices. Skills and Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience Experience in a tax practice highly advantageous Background in a small business administration or client communications. Excellent proficiency in Excel is essential. Exposure to accounting software, particularly Xero or MYOB is highly desirable. Strong multitasking and relationship management skills. Adaptable personality thriving in a collaborative environment.
