About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our People & Culture (PNC) Shared Services team on a short-term contract. You’ll be part of a high-performing, supportive team that delivers exceptional HR operations and advisory support across Australia and Singapore. This role suits someone with a solid HR admin background, confidence handling Tier One queries , and a proactive approach to payroll , HR systems , and employee advisory . Role Details: $380 - $470 per day super (depending on experience) 3 months (with potential for extension) Hybrid working arrangement (Alexandria Office 2 days) 38 hrs per week, 9am start time, 5pm finish (negotiable) Key Responsibilities Respond to Tier One HR queries related to policies, onboarding, and leave Process payroll entries and manage leave workflows Provide admin support across the employee lifecycle Assist with HR tech support for systems like SuccessFactors and SAP Help coordinate workshops, generate employee letters, and support reporting tasks Liaise with the QSR (Quick Service Retail) business units Support new employee setups and visa compliance checks Help maintain HR data accuracy and provide assistance to our Singapore team Ideal candidate: You bring HR administrative or shared services experience Comfortable with high-volume, fast-paced environments Adaptable to shifting priorities and business needs Proficient in HRIS and systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, and Salesforce Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills Based in Sydney (or nearby), with flexibility to attend the Alexandria office 2 days per week Why Join this company?
