We are representing a well-established organisation in the fire protection industry that is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee and empower a team of field technicians based in the Bunbury and surrounding Southwest region. About the Role Co-ordinating and managing a regional team of technicians. Supporting technical service delivery, compliance, and scheduling. Building strong customer relationships across a variety of industries. Meeting operational KPIs, budget targets, and quality benchmarks. Driving process improvements, project management, safety, and training standards. About You Creating a culture of accountability, reliability, and performance. Hands on fire industry experience is essential. Demonstrated ability to lead or supervise teams effectively. Solid knowledge of Australian Fire Standards and strong compliance mindset. Experience across service delivery, installation, quoting, and project management is preferred. Confidence in coaching and developing technicians of varied skill levels. Previous experience in mining or managing remote workforces is advantageous. QBCC/EAHL/ACA licences are highly regarded. Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ideally Pronto. Demonstrated ability to improve field service management processes. A natural ability to hold people accountable and lead with fairness and clarity. Excellent time management, communication, and prioritisation skills. A current WA Drivers Licence and full Australian work rights. Why Join?
