About the Role As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for the full accounts receivable cycle, leading a dedicated team and driving efficiencies across billing, collections, and reporting. This role is pivotal in ensuring strong cash flow management and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the accounts receivable function (end-to-end) Supervise, support, and mentor a small AR team Oversee & continusly improve billing processes, account reconciliations, and debt collection activities Collaborating with internal departments to resolve payment and invoicing issues Deliver regular AR reporting, ageing analysis, and cash flow insights Drive continuous improvement of AR systems, processes, and policies About You You're a proactive and organised finance leader with a proven track record in accounts receivable and team management. What You Bring: Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and in medical or healthcare environment with extensive knowledge of Medicare Team leadership or supervisory experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate challenging conversations with professionalism Proficient with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills Background in healthcare or service-based industries Why Join Apex Radiology?
