Leading Hand - Commercial Construction Location: Sydney, NSW Salary: From $100K (negotiable based on experience) An established commercial builder is looking for a capable and driven Leading Hand to join their team on a range of projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of work in the commercial sector, including fit-outs, refurbishments, and new builds. This is an ideal opportunity for a tradesperson ready to step into a leadership role or build on their existing site experience. About the Role As a Leading Hand, you'll support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of projects, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and program delivery. You'll play a key part in coordinating trades, managing site tasks, and leading by example on the tools.
