What You ’ ll Be Doing You ’ ll play a pivotal role within the planning team – leading a range of complex and varied projects, while supporting Directors and Senior Principals across planning, project management, business development and broader office initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Independently manage projects of various types and sizes . Providing mentorship, guidance and supervision to a growing team of planners Liaise with clients, government authorities and consultants with professionalism and ease Preparing fee proposals and tender submissions Represent the company in client meetings, public forums, hearings and briefings Overseeing timing, outputs and budgets while upholding quality assurance standards Contributing to business operations, administration and development activities Use your awareness of current economic, social and environmental issues. What We ’ re Looking For We ’ re searching for a strategic thinker with a collaborative nature – someone who brings both planning expertise and a passion for leadership. The ideal candidate will have: A recognised tertiary qualification in Planning or a related discipline Over 10 years of full-time planning experience Strong working knowledge of local planning legislation, regulation and policy ideally locally to Queensland, must have Australian or New Zealand experience Demonstrated experience in project coordination, business management and team leadership Eligibility for membership with the Planning Institute of Australia A current Driver Licence (preferred, but not essential) A proactive attitude, genuine enthusiasm and professional drive Why Join This Company?
