Job Description Accounts Clerk Primary purpose of the role The Accounts Clerk provides a full range of administrative, revenue and financial support functions. Key accountabilities Provide a consistently high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including investigation and resolutions of issues, in line with legislation and statutory requirements and Department Policy and Procedures. Updating and maintaining records across a range of electronic information and billing systems, to ensure revenue generation is accurate Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to facilitate accurate billing and revenue generation Work effectively within a team focused environment and contribute to the review and development of practices and procedures Other duties as required Participate in team meetings, performance development and undertake any training as directed Act in accordance with the Department’s values and Code of Conduct. Key Skills Required: Accounts Administration, Accounts Payable and / or Accounts Receivable experience High attention to detail and level of accuracy Data Entry Able to use multiple software applications and billing systems What's on offer?
