The Workplace Technology Engineer plays a key role in supporting Angle’s enterprise Technology services delivering outstanding customer service and to continuously improve Angle’s workplace technology landscape. We’re looking for a Workplace Technology Engineer to help us deliver seamless IT experiences and raise the bar for how we support our people. You’ll be the go-to expert ensuring workplace technology runs smoothly, supporting tools like Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD, resolving technical issues, and helping new starters hit the ground running. You will: Be the first point of contact for technical support across devices, applications, and collaboration tools. Own and action service tickets within SLA timeframes, or triage them appropriately. Support and manage onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless Day 1 experience. Administer and support systems such as Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). Contribute to the continuous improvement of workplace tech tools and IT support processes. You will have: Hands-on experience in an IT support or workplace engineering role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Intune, and Azure services. A customer-first mindset and excellent troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools. Experience managing office networks and firewalls (e.g. Meraki, Fortinet, etc.). Experience working in the financial services industry is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in information technology or relevant degree is desirable.
