Job Description We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fleet Contract Manager to lead, coach, and manage our delivery contract teams. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of our delivery teams, ensuring a premium delivery service to customers, while maintaining compliance with company standards and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop contract delivery teams to achieve service excellence and performance targets Source, onboard, and train new delivery carriers across multiple states Manage day-to-day delivery operations, resolving complaints and ensuring timely, damage-free deliveries Conduct regular audits and performance reviews with delivery teams to drive continuous improvement Monitor and report on key operational metrics including Radaro ratings, delivery targets, and safety compliance Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine delivery processes and improve customer satisfaction Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with company OHS policies and procedures
