Job Description Processing weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time. Handling payroll queries from staff and management. Managing employee records and keeping them up to date. Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process. Providing HR support to managers and staff. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Assisting in the preparation of HR and payroll reports. Contributing to HR projects and initiatives as required. The Successful Applicant A successful Payroll Officer/HR should have: Excellent knowledge of payroll systems and processes particularly Employment Hero Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
