About the role Join Our Team as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist! Provide key financial support to develop and deliver best practice financial planning processes, reporting, analysis, and insights for TWE's Global Premium division. Responsibilities include - Aggregate insights across channels and regions to provide meaningful insights to senior leaders - Drive and coordinate regional and global reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes - Build financial models and provide ad hoc analysis - Serve as a key point of contact for FP&A systems expertise About you As a seasoned financial analyst, you will be highly proactive and liaise closely with senior stakeholders including the CFO; Head of Finance Planning & Analysis, FP&A Teams globally, Global Premium Leadership Team, Strategic Planning team; Account & the IT Systems Finance Team. - Strong financial modelling, analytical, and evaluative skills with demonstrated ability to convert that into business analytics/questions and insight across 4 regions (ANZ, ASIA, AMER, EMEA) on global scale - Perform variance and scenario analysis to explain performance differences and make financial recommendation - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence, challenge the status quo, and negotiate to achieve goals - Foster relationships with varied stakeholders across all levels to influence business performance assumptions - 5 years as an analyst in a finance role within a complex organization, ideally in the consumer/ FMCG industry - Advanced knowledge of accounting systems and BI reporting tools and proven experience with optimising reporting and analysis capabilities - Experience working across multiple geographies highly preferred - Degree in finance; post-graduate qualifications (CAANZ/CPA) preferred Culture We bring our whole selves, we're courageous and we deliver together - that's our DNA.
