About the Role In this pivotal position, you’ll lead the design and delivery of education initiatives and be the driving force behind quality and compliance across a medium sized residential aged care facility. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you'll support clinical teams, implement quality systems, oversee audits, manage incident investigations, and guide continuous improvement programs. Your day will blend strategic oversight with on-the-ground leadership, making a real difference to staff development and resident outcomes. Key Responsibilities Facilitate staff onboarding, orientation, and graduate programs with structured education plans Coordinate and deliver education via LMS, in-person sessions, and external providers Conduct audits, analyse data, and drive continuous improvement plans Mentor staff on clinical best practices, compliance, and accreditation standards Lead monthly Quality Meetings and ensure clinical indicator reporting is complete and accurate Manage incident investigations, WHS training, and infection control education Maintain systems including BestMed, Health Metrics / Ecase and education compliance registers What You Bring Clinical background, AHPRA Registered Nurse, with experience in residential aged care Expertise in quality systems, compliance, and training coordination Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach teams Experience with accreditation standards, risk management, and continuous improvement Familiarity with aged care software systems (e.g. Health Metrics Ecase, Bestmed) A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high emotional intelligence Why This Role?
