Support all L & D activities in a progressive Building Services Company Moorabbin location - Free parking available Monday to Friday on site - no hybrid Competitive salary on offer The Role: Reporting to the L&D Manager you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and administration of all Learning and Development activities. Responsibilities include: Coordinating the L & D internal training programs and post-trade technical training across different locations Maintaining records in the Learning Management System Assisting with audits and reporting related to training needs, records and compliance Supporting projects and initiatives for employee growth and performance Keeping up to date with L&D trends, new technologies and industry best practices Liaising with all stakeholders ensuring training needs are met and encouraging employee engagement About You: 2 years of previous experience in Learning & Development, HR and/or Training Excellent communication and computer skills including MS Office and LMS experience Learning & Development knowledge and continuous learning mindset High attention to detail with strong organisation and time management skills A friendly approach and ability to work well in a team and autonomously If you are looking for the next step in your career, working with one of Australia's leading and innovative building services company with the opportunity for genuine career progression and competitive salary then apply now!
