Role: Behaviour Mentor Location: Bristol Contract: Full-time and Part time positions available Pay: £100 - £110 per day anzuk are currently partnering with a range of schools across Bristol and the surrounding areas, all seeking passionate and skilled Behaviour Mentors to join their teams. With a noticeable increase in pupils presenting with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, schools are in urgent need of specialist-trained professionals who can offer targeted support, build meaningful relationships, and help create a calm and inclusive learning environment. Your role as a Behaviour Mentor will involve: Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis who may display behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties (SEMH) De-escalating challenging situations in a calm and confident manner while maintaining a safe and positive learning environment Building strong, trusting relationships with students, becoming a positive and reliable presence in their school life Working closely with the class teacher and pastoral staff to implement behaviour strategies and individual support plans Contributing to a whole-school approach to positive behaviour management Using restorative approaches to help students understand and reflect on their actions Why become a Behaviour Mentor with ANZUK Education?
