About the role Malpass Tennis Coaching Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate and experienced Tennis Coach to join our team in South East Queensland. This is a casual role for up to 25 hours per week, offering the opportunity to work with students of all ages and skill levels, helping them develop their tennis skills and reach their full potential on the court. What you’ll be doing Providing high-quality, personalised tennis coaching to individual students and small groups Designing and delivering engaging, progressive tennis lessons tailored to the needs and goals of each student Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to help them improve their technical, tactical, and mental game Organising and supervising tennis clinics, camps, and tournaments to give students the opportunity to apply their skills in a competitive setting Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all students Collaborating with the head coach and other team members to continuously improve the tennis program What we’re looking for Minimum 2 years of experience as a tennis coach, preferably working with players of all ages and abilities Excellent tennis skills and a deep understanding of the technical, tactical, and mental aspects of the game Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coach and motivate students Passion for tennis and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential Relevant coaching qualifications or a willingness to obtain them First aid certification and a valid Working with Children Check Strong preference for someone with reliable transport to East Brisbane and Wynnum What we offer We provide all required equipment for coaching Ongoing professional development and mentoring from our experienced coaching team Access to high-quality tennis facilities A supportive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment About us Malpass Tennis Coaching Pty Ltd is a leading provider of tennis coaching services in South East Queensland.
