Job Description We’re seeking a skilled and personable Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This hands-on role is primarily focused on delivering an exceptional à la carte breakfast experience, making you the face of our morning service. You'll not only showcase your culinary expertise but also enjoy the opportunity to engage directly with guests, ensuring their day begins with warm hospitality and memorable cuisine. In this position, you’ll prepare high-quality dishes, contribute to menu development, and help oversee daily kitchen operations. You’ll also mentor junior team members, uphold food safety standards, and help maintain a smooth, efficient kitchen environment. What You’ll Do: Take ownership of our à la carte breakfast service, crafting elegant and flavorful morning dishes Be the primary point of contact with breakfast guests, confidently discussing their stays and gathering feedback Contribute to room service, buffet, larder, mise-en-place, and banqueting preparations as needed Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness Collaborate on the development of creative, seasonal menu items that enhance the guest experience Guide and mentor junior chefs, fostering a culture of learning and excellence Ensure smooth communication and teamwork across all sections of the kitchen
